about M-Book
- Booking via M-book is accepted 2 months prior to check-in day.
- Discounts are available based on the plan.
- Seasonal discounts are available.
- Please pay your accommodation fee with Japanese YEN or credit card, when you check in.

- Basically, we are unable to accept bookings by phone.
- And we are unable to accept bookings by SNS message.
Walk-in : without having an booking
- Reception Time: 3PM to 8PM
- Any discounts are not available by walk-in. But it is negotiable.
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that a cancellation fee will be demanded if you cancel ALL your reservation on arrival date & NO SHOW: A 100% of total accommodation charge.
- In case of books via OTA, cancellation fee complies with the OTA cancellation policy. Please make cancel on your own via booking OTA.
- If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for other travelers who has not found accommodation yet.
