Reception Time: 9AM to 8PM (The day of stay: until 3PM)
Any discounts are not available for booking made by phone. Booking by telephone is accepted for one month before check-in day.
We may not be able to accept a phone call by the convenience. During the winter season (October to April), we are unable to accept bookings by phone. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that a cancellation fee will be demanded if you cancel ALL your reservation on arrival date & NO SHOW: A 100% of total accommodation charge.
In case of books via OTA, cancellation fee complies with the OTA cancellation policy. Please make cancel on your own via booking OTA.
If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for other travelers who has not found accommodation yet.
