- About access to MorinoKI in winter.Coming here from Sapporo (Minami-Otaru station), there are routes which cannot be driven by car. If you think you’re okay to go this way, your car can get stuck in the snow when you go up this steep road. Please make a detour even if it is troublesome. You may walk this narrow path, but you will be very tired with a heavy suitcase.
- About paying hostel feesTo pay for your stay at the hostel, you must pay either by cash (Japanese YEN) or credit card at check-in. As a general rule, cancellations after check-in are non-refundable. To extend your stay, make sure to pay your hostel fees by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your stay.
- Notes on Room Arranged for GroupThis arranged chartered room for a small group or a family uses Mixed dormitory room. [Negotiable] Max. 4 people (2 bunk beds) Young children and baby are available. This room and Mixed dormitory room is partitioned off by door and curtains. No room key. We don’t have a perfect private room like a hotel. It might be a little cold here in winter because it is an old house.
- Notes on Children for stayingChildren’s Charge is the same as adult’s Charge. Guests under 12 years old are not allowed to stay at dormitory rooms. Guests under 12 years old can stay in Room Arranged for Group. Please ask us before booking about staying children under 5 years old. Even children must abide by the public manner. - Note for the Bedroom.No amenities for guests such as nightwear, bath-towel, conditioner or toothbrush. Private showers, toilets, TV sets and refrigerators are not provided in the bed rooms. Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the bed rooms. Please mind your manners and stay calmly. All room are equipped with a space heater. (No air conditioner) No heating charge.
